This venture has its roots in an opportunity that existed with the Limpopo Provincial Government and the EU Fund (European Union Fund) to fund competitive business opportunities in the province. In July 2005 a focus meeting led to three business identities pool their resources and develop a unique business venture opportunity that exists in the emerging nutraceutical world market and the growing and processing of Agricultural produce in Limpopo. Limpopo Province being a very furtile agro processing area in South Africa provided the land, skill and labour resources which were the hall mark of the new company venture.

To facilitate this competitive business approach a study is now being undertaken jointly by the three partners. The partners for the project are:

1. Goldex 35 PTY LTD. - A Major exporter of Agro Produce in this province

2. Cranbrook PTY LTD. - A Major Marginal Community Agro Facilitator in this province

3. Epic Pharmaceuticals PTY LTD. - An international technology provider

A contribution of USD 200,000 (Rand 1,2 Million) was set a side to perform the objective competitive advantage in May 2006.

To date the company has establish a framework of a working business model to facilitate the contribution of the following;

1. Over 10,000 Hectares of Agricultural land suitable for growing of nutraceuticals from Semi Arid Climatic Conditions to Rain Forest conditions.

2. A Business model to initiate 500 Marginal Community Farmers and 100 Commercial farmers to grow and process agricultural nutraceuticals in this region.

3. Establishment of over 50 plant species and sub species can growing within this province,which have nutraceutical and Bio Tech potential.

4. Establish Working business relationships with over 100 International Companies in Australia, Japan, China, India, Middle East, Canada, USA and European Union.

5. Involved with process methodologies to process - Nutraceutical Raw Material (Plant Products, Essential Oils, Brand Products and Pharmaceutical Raw Materials)

Future Dynamics:

1. To List on JSE (Johannesburg Stock Exchange) along with various project international joint venture partners and to raise 20 Million US Dollars for the successful implementation of pursue the various business opportunities that form part of this project.
